Lightly brush Winterhill Lemon Infused Extra Virgin
Olive Oil over asparagus and grill. Remove from
grill and drizzle more lemon infused oil over
asparagus spears. Sprinkle thinly shaved Parmagiano
or Pecorino Cheese over the Asparagus and enjoy!
To make an Antipasto plate…add some of your
favorite olives, thin slices of coppo or proscuitto
and a sprinkle of capers.
