When rubbed into your nails in the evening this oil conditions and strengthens the nails.
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp liquid lecithin
1 vitamin E capsule (broken open), or ¼ tsp Vitamin E oil
Yield: ½ ounce
Mix all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Dab a small amount onto your fingers and rub into your nails.
