Pasta with Lemon Oil

Zest of 1 Lemon 

1/3 C Winterhill Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 C Winterhill Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Large Cloves Garlic Minced

1/2 C Kalamata olives, pitted & sliced

2 TBS Fresh Chopped Basil & Thyme

Salt & Course Ground Pepper

1 lb of your favorite style of pasta

Cook Pasta in a pot of salted boiling water, drain

and toss in all above ingredients. MANGIA!
